How To Use 

To use the mouthwash, tear open the packaging at the corner where it's marked for easy opening, and pour the mouthwash into your mouth. Swish the mouthwash around your mouth for 20 - 30 seconds. Then, spit it out and rinse your mouth with clean water. It is recommended to use the mouthwash twice a day, in the morning and before bed, or after meals.
